FAQs
Plain answers about what I do, how far it goes and when I hand you over.
Six everyday areas: steady weight, calm digestion, skin and glow, everyday stress, sharper focus and lasting energy. I work on habits, routines, food choices and the shape of a day. Treat it as lifestyle coaching rather than anything clinical.
No. I do not diagnose, I do not treat, and I am no substitute for your doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian. When a question sits outside my lane, I tell you and point you toward someone qualified.
It helps, but I will not turn you away without one. Almost everyone arrives with a single nagging thing, like a flat patch after lunch or a stomach that never quite settles. Beginning at that one spot beats trying to fix six at once.
No. I keep no forbidden list and I will not ask you to count anything. The changes come from adding, swapping or shifting the timing of meals you already eat.
That depends on the area and on how kind your week turns out to be. Digestion and energy usually move first, since they answer quickly to when and how you eat. Weight and skin take their time, and I would rather say so upfront.
Then you fell off for a week, which I have already planned for. You rejoin at the exact point you left rather than going back to square one and building it all again.
Not if I can help it. I hand you one change, and the next only comes when the first has stopped taking any effort to remember.
Yes, and I built it to sit quietly beside clinical care instead of arguing with it. Whatever your treating clinician says wins, so bring me anything that looks like a clash and I will drop my side of it.
A name, an email address, a phone number and a password you pick yourself. The text message consent boxes live on that same form, and leaving every one of them empty changes nothing about your account.
No. Service texts and marketing texts are two separate boxes, and both are yours to leave blank. I will never make consent the price of entry, and STOP ends them whenever you want.
I use them to open your account and to send whatever updates you agreed to receive. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what I collect, how long I hold it and what you can ask me to change.
Use the contact form for almost anything. It lands in the same inbox printed at the bottom of every page, so you will never have to say it twice.
Still deciding
Choose the one signal your body will not stop sending and hand me a single week with it. You will know soon enough whether I am any use to you.
