About
How I help with weight, digestion, stress and energy, using the days you already have rather than the ones you wish you had.
I build the plan around your calendar, not the reverse
I started TheWellnessCues after watching the same thing happen to person after person. The advice they had been handed was usually sound enough on paper. It just assumed a calendar with open mornings, free evenings and nobody else making demands on their time.
So I will never ask you to clear the decks before you begin. I look at the week you are walking into, the early shifts, the meals eaten standing up, the nights that vanish before you sit down. If an idea cannot live inside that week, I keep it to myself.
Four promises I keep, whatever brought you here
I keep every step tiny
Ask anyone for a spare hour and you get a polite yes and nothing more. I size each step to slot into a day that is already packed, because that is the version people genuinely do.
I take nothing off your plate
The meals you love stay exactly where they are. I work with timing, portions and whatever sits beside them, so you never end up carrying a list of forbidden foods around.
I never hold a bad week against you
Trips, colds and brutal stretches at work are things I plan around, not slips I keep score of. Once life settles, you carry on from the same spot instead of winding back to the start.
I say when it is not my job
What I offer is everyday wellness support and it stops well short of medical treatment. If something needs a doctor, I say so straight away instead of talking around the edges of it.
Your body repeats itself constantly and most people have long stopped listening. The afternoon crash, the evening you cannot switch off, the same lunch that always sits badly. My job is to read one of those signals with you and then answer it properly.
Steady weight

How it works, step by step
Three stages, always in the same order. Each one has to settle before the next begins, and no stage ever asks for more than a single change to your week.
- Step one: a close look at how your days run right now
- Step two: one change is chosen and put in place
- Step three: weekly support until the habit holds on its own
Bring me the week you already have
I will not ask you to overhaul anything or free up your evenings first. Give me one signal and one change, then a week for it to bed in before I suggest another.
